As Teamleader Support you are primary responsible to bring the level of support to customers, who use the mobile platform, to a higher and more professional level. Based on your extensive knowledge and experience you will coach the team, both on personal as well as professional level. In addition optimization of the co-operation with other teams in the organization is of great importance.
You will ensure an adequate administration that enables proper reporting and communication towards customers and colleagues. At the same time this provides good control information to manage your team. The Teamleader Support reports to the CSO.
The stand for this position is Amsterdam.


Technical bachelor degree
Minimum 5 years" experience in a similar position
Extensive experience with ITIL
Experience in large scale cloud platforms is a plus
Experience with the ins and outs of the latest (Microsoft) technologies
Service-oriented and solution-oriented attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, showing initiative, eager to learn
Fluent in English.
